Our Cancellation Policy (we hope you won’t have to!)

You have entered into a legally binding contract with Heidi’s Grasmere Lodge and are bound by our Terms & Conditions. All deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is payable on arrival at The Lodge. Full payment will be required if booking is made within 48 hours of arrival date. If less than 48 hours notice is given to make a cancellation, payment for the full duration of the stay will be taken. Should you need to cut your holiday short, the full balance is payable. We recommend you take out holiday insurance should you need to cancel or cut your holiday short as refunds will not be given. No shows will be charged for the full duration of the stay.

Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Arrivals after 9pm must be made by prior arrangement on 0774 382 7252 . Check-out is no later than 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and is charged at £10 per hour (up to 2 hours max).

We do have a small car park available for guests use. Guests in room 5 have use of a complimentary parking permit.

We invite you to come down and enjoy our scrummy breakfasts anytime between 8.30am and 9am each day and once down, there’s no need to rush – relax and enjoy top-ups of tea, coffee and toast!

Don’t forget to pack your slippers!

So sorry but we are unable to accept young children and pets at The Lodge.
